Spear AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the Horizon program. You will manage complex technical initiatives and drive execution within our Software Engineering and Program Management functions.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and deliver technical programs for the Horizon initiative
- Coordinate across software engineering teams to align on priorities and timelines
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and communication channels
- Define and track key performance metrics for program success
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes

- Proven experience managing technical software programs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
