Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leadership to advance key product deliverables throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Convert product vision into concrete technical objectives, translating global product strategy into detailed team tasks and issues, including triaging field requests to prioritize team focus and addressing urgent items.
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of all project-related activities, anticipating and resolving issues that could derail progress.
- Improve collaboration across teams by aligning technical experts around shared goals and addressing miscommunication or coordination gaps to boost efficiency.
- Work with customer-facing engineering teams to implement, deploy, and support the product.
