Responsibilities
- Oversee initiatives from initial concept through design, prototyping, testing, and into full-scale production.
- Create and sustain comprehensive project timelines and planning documents.
- Lead technical reviews, evaluate risks, and conduct cross-team milestones to maintain alignment and engineering quality.
- Collaborate with engineering groups to monitor advancement, address deviations, and resolve technical challenges.
- Enable coordination between manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and quality assurance for seamless production handoffs.
- Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions to meet delivery and performance goals.
- Deliver consistent progress summaries and performance updates to executives and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including specifications, design documentation, test protocols, and release packages.
- Promote ongoing enhancement of development workflows, tools, and implementation methods.
