Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and platform teams to define requirements, assess dependencies, lead estimation efforts, and develop comprehensive program plans.
- Engage with internal stakeholders such as site reliability engineering, user experience, customer support, customer success, and leadership teams as needed to align on program objectives and planning.
- Coordinate with external software vendors to identify technical dependencies, document integration points, and maintain oversight through active tracking and communication.
- Develop program management artifacts and implement operational frameworks, including agile scrum ceremonies, to support consistent day-to-day execution.
- Deliver frequent and accurate status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, while proactively identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks using structured processes like change management.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products in line with predefined performance metrics and quality standards set by the organization.
- Maintain consistent project documentation practices throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support strategic roadmap development by applying past experience to anticipate potential obstacles and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing technical programs of significant scale and complexity across multiple teams.
- Strong grasp of product development lifecycles and technical program management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Atlassian tools, Microsoft Project, or Smart Sheets.
- Basic scripting skills in Python for data analysis in spreadsheets.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Skill in automating data retrieval from Jira using scripts and performing subsequent analysis.
- Working knowledge of Agile SCRUM practices and familiarity with SAFe principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product management, UX, customer-facing teams, and other internal departments like sales, marketing, or legal.
- Understanding of governance frameworks related to budgeting, vendor oversight, compliance, and performance measurement.
- Self-motivated with flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to evolving priorities.

- Certifications such as PMI PMP, PMI ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
