Responsibilities
- Uphold Agile and Scrum methodologies by providing guidance, making key decisions, and ensuring team adherence
- Lead discussions to evaluate alternative solutions and strategic approaches
- Coordinate with distributed internal and external teams to align on progress, challenges, risks, and changes, ensuring clear communication across locations
- Oversee and synchronize all planned work, including contributions from professional service providers, industrial co-ops, university co-op programs, and internal groups
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and document detailed requirements, workflows, and data sources during project initiation and planning
- Create statements of work and support the development of project initiation documentation
- Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are effectively coordinated across teams
- Maintain accurate project records and tracking within project management software
- Oversee projects through their entire lifecycle, including post-review phases when required
