Responsibilities
- Direct and guide engineering teams, managing large-scale technical programs from conception through successful software delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end release cycles, proactively mitigate deployment risks, and enforce stringent quality assurance standards in production environments.
- Enforce and optimize Agile methodologies, ensuring teams are operating efficiently and delivering value iteratively.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and leadership, negotiating scope, managing expectations, and prioritizing workflows with senior engineering and product leaders.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced analytical dashboards to track team health, delivery metrics, and project milestones.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps practices to streamline release management and deployment pipelines.

- This role is 100% remote from LATAM.
- Requires consistent overlap with teams in Central Time (CT).
