This role involves providing complex technical support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with the product and development teams to ensure product success.
What You'll Do
- Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues
- Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality
- Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution
- Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions
- Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points
- Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication
