Responsibilities
- Creates and presents requirement specifications using documentation, diagrams, flowcharts, and visual layouts.
- Collaborates with product owners, scrum masters, release train engineers, architects, agile teams, and operations to shape Program Increment plans.
- Refines program-level backlogs and ensures readiness for upcoming Program Increment Planning cycles.
- Manages and prioritizes the team’s backlog to align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Takes ownership of user stories and ensures their completion within designated sprints.
- Proactively identifies and communicates dependencies and risks associated with story execution.
- Actively engages in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings.
- Reports functional, product, and operational issues promptly to engineering and leadership teams.
- Ensures compliance with established technology standards during system development.
- Partners with technical product owners and quality assurance teams to define and validate system and technical requirements.
- Collaborates with infrastructure and other cross-functional teams to meet feature and story requirements.

Responsibilities
- Documents and demonstrates requirements and data solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts.
- Participates with Technical Product Owners, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineers, architects, agile teams and operations teams to define plans for each Program Increment.
- Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
- Owns user stories and completes them in the appropriate sprint.
- Identifies dependencies and risks involved in completing the stories upfront and shares proactively.
- Participates proactively in the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Communicates products, functional and operational issues to both engineering and leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.
- Work collaboratively with technical product owners and QA Team to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.
- Working collaboratively with other teams such as infrastructure teams to fulfill the feature/story requirements
