Responsibilities
- Establish and convey the strategic direction for digital platforms
- Create and manage product roadmaps that support organizational objectives
- Convert business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, and interdependencies
- Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead the development and deployment of websites, portals, and digital experience platforms
- Coordinate UX/UI design, content strategy, and technical specifications
- Uphold standards for usability, accessibility, and user engagement
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient delivery
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Manage cross-functional dependencies involving UX, development, QA, DevOps, and integrations
- Define and verify acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Assist in user acceptance testing, defect evaluation, and release preparation
- Enhance the quality of the backlog and refine delivery processes
- Leverage performance metrics and user feedback to improve product outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner
- Hands-on experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
- Track record in delivering websites, portals, and customer-facing digital platforms
- Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams
- Skill in transforming business requirements into actionable, development-ready specifications
- Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Capability to define and validate acceptance criteria
- Experience enforcing usability, accessibility, and engagement standards
Nice to Have
- Background in destination or mixed-use digital initiatives
