Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and analyze feedback and analytics to uncover user needs and issues.
- Suggest new features and improvements to address user challenges.
- Secure approval for proposals from Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
- Create technical requirements.
- Work with Data Science to establish estimation methods, verify model outputs with real data, and ensure metric clarity for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering teams during feature development.
- Communicate functional and business aspects of upcoming releases to non-technical teams like Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of professional experience, ideally at a SaaS company in data or in data roles within mobile or free-to-play gaming.
- Experience using AI in daily operations or delivering AI-native products.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
- Ability to use data for decisions, including writing complex SQL queries on analytics data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree is preferred.
