Responsibilities
- Lead professional services projects and draft statements of work for current clients
- Investigate product capabilities and propose optimal integration strategies
- Assess APIs and GraphQL interfaces to define effective integration methods
- Independently manage product delivery from initial concept through launch
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications based on functional needs
- Track development and quality assurance progress to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct thorough reviews of testing approaches
- Plan and coordinate ongoing enhancements for new product features
- Work with cross-functional teams across time zones, including product, engineering, solutions, QA, and clients, to shape product direction
- Contribute to user interface and user experience design processes
- Evaluate and approve updates to technical documentation
- Examine system logs and troubleshoot technical problems to determine root causes with engineering teams
- Conduct competitive research and performance benchmarking to maintain product leadership
