Responsibilities
- Guide the development of new features across all phases of the product lifecycle
- Partner with the Product Team to prioritize team tasks and initiatives
- Convert strategic project goals into detailed user stories through collaborative, multi-disciplinary workshops
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, UI designers, developers, and testers to deliver functional features
- Oversee project execution, including planning, organizing workloads, and responding to evolving challenges
- Conduct daily team rituals and stand-up meetings
- Collaborate with the team to maintain strong quality assurance standards
