We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst or Project Manager/Scrum Master that has experience working with software teams using Agile project management techniques. They must be a strong communicator, a collaborative team worker and organised. The Role: • Help drive new feature development through every stage of the product lifecycle • Work with our Product Team to priorities work for the team. • Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories by leading intensive,multi-discipline, collaboration sessions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI designers, software developers, and software testers to build features • Manage Projects. Drive delivery, plan/organise work, and adapt to inevitable challenges. • Running daily team ceremonies. • Work with the team to ensure high level of Quality Assurance Required Skills: • Passionate about collaborative team delivery and working with team members of varied disciplines and skill-sets across multiple locations. • Capable self-starter and quick learner who possesses exceptional attitude and aptitude. • Proactive communicator who can work successfully across functions and teams. • Experience with agile methodologies and practices • Able to ask the right questions, get to the point and get the right things done the right way • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Resilient ability to swiftly respond to changes in a dynamic environment Additional Skills: • Knowledge of specific software techniques such as TDD and BDD • A good breadth of knowledge across many technologies; especially useful are the Amazon Cloud Stack • Experience with Analytics tools such as Omniture would be helpful • Some background in QA would be valuable
