Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and stability of applications, networks, and systems supporting the global brokerage infrastructure.
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to brokerage operations, escalating when necessary.
- Take part in post-incident reviews alongside development, support, and infrastructure teams.
- Deliver second-tier internal technical support to various departments across the organization.
- Oversee scheduled batch processes, identifying and escalating delays or execution failures.
- Evaluate current operational workflows and contribute to building improved monitoring solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated technical problems within the brokerage system.
- Examine and prioritize live trade-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
