Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients from contract signing through the full onboarding lifecycle
- Oversee concurrent onboarding projects at various stages, each with distinct timelines and priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients prepare technically and operationally for integration success
- Support clients during training and issue resolution as they build against the API
- Assist clients in operational readiness, integration documentation, and optimal use of platform tools
- Guide clients and their end users through onboarding for their first connected site
- Coordinate internally to manage onboarding progress, success strategies, and escalated issues
- Keep internal records updated regarding client details and onboarding procedures
- Develop onboarding materials for use in the learning management platform
- Stay informed about product updates and how to effectively train clients on new features
- Track industry developments and assess their impact on client needs and integration approaches
