Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of DevOps engineers, promoting accountability, ownership, and ongoing process enhancement.
- Offer technical leadership and strategic planning for all DevOps projects and initiatives.
- Create, deploy, and manage reliable, scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools to automate build, test, and release processes.
- Promote and apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform or ARM templates to manage and provision cloud resources on Azure.
- Enforce security standards across CI/CD workflows and cloud environments by integrating automated security testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with software development, quality assurance, and IT operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration across all development phases.
- Develop and support automation scripts in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to minimize manual tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Serve as an expert resource for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues involving infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines.
