We are seeking a Technical Manager-I to join our team in any of our US. Office locations or remote. As a Technical Manager – Mechanical, you will be responsible for updating mechanical content for our Knowledge Den and Syska’s technical standards and specifications. Job Responsibilities As a Mechanical Technical Manager, you will provide your technical knowledge and produce mechanical standards as part of Syska Expert Teams and Knowledge Den. Additional responsibilities include: - Creating Technical Content for our Knowledge Management Database called the Knowledge Den - Creating/Updating the Company’s Specifications - Creating/Updating the Company’s Standard Details - Creating/Updating firmwide Calculation Spreadsheets - Training / Mentoring Junior Engineers - Helping our software engineers develop Copilot for Knowledge Den Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from an Accredited Institution - 15+ years’ experience working in a consulting firm, this is a Senior level role that requires a background in the MEP Engineering Industry - Part-time position – Less than 20 hours a week.
