Responsibilities
- Lead peer code reviews and uphold coding standards to ensure strong code quality using GitLab.
- Build advanced modules in React Native, including UI elements and Native Bridges, alongside GraphQL and .NET resolvers.
- Assist developers in integrating Amazon Kiro for real-time coding support, test creation, and code documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to convert business requirements into detailed technical tasks in Jira.
- Diagnose and resolve difficult technical issues, including native bridge errors and API performance constraints.
- Coach team members and advocate for best practices in software engineering.
- Engage in architectural planning with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Support Agile rituals and help drive continuous process improvements.
