Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, cost-efficient cloud systems in a microservices architecture leveraging modern AI capabilities
- Guide and develop a team of software engineers, promoting technical excellence and adherence to best practices
- Promote ongoing enhancements by refining workflows, upholding quality benchmarks, and improving system efficiency
- Perform code evaluations to ensure compliance with security, maintainability, and performance requirements
- Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic business outcomes and customer needs
- Oversee and support critical production platforms, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain uninterrupted service
- Carry out additional responsibilities as required by management
Compensation
Base salary plus participation in an annual incentive bonus plan; not including bonus in base pay range
