New Western Corporate is looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead development for our Agent Journey team. In this role, you will guide the technical direction and implementation of systems directly impacting our agents.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical design and architecture for agent-facing products and services.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Establish and champion engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers within the team.
- Drive key technical decisions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar senior engineering role.
- Strong background in software architecture and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical projects from conception through to delivery.
- A track record of mentoring engineers and improving team processes.
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position. While the company is based in Irving, TX, candidates can work from anywhere.
