New Western Corporate is looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead development for our Agent Journey team. In this role, you will guide the technical direction and implementation of systems directly impacting our agents.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical design and architecture for agent-facing products and services.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Establish and champion engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers within the team.
Drive key technical decisions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the systems.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar senior engineering role.
Strong background in software architecture and system design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading technical projects from conception through to delivery.
A track record of mentoring engineers and improving team processes.
