Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve data connectors to guarantee reliable and high-quality data access for clients amid evolving product requirements.
- Enhance internal data ingestion systems to boost platform stability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead coordination between Support, Customer Success, Engineering, and QA teams—and sometimes clients—to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage direct relationships with external data providers and API reporting platforms.
- Standardize and scale the development and maintenance of data connectors through defined processes, monitoring, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive automation and artificial intelligence initiatives to minimize manual effort and speed up operational workflows.
Requirements
- Familiarity with reporting APIs, including interpreting documentation and conducting tests.
- Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.
- Highly skilled in spreadsheet applications, serving as a versatile problem-solving resource.
- Capable of initiating tasks manually and later transitioning them to automated systems.
- Demonstrated experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or scripting in Python and similar tools.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Currently residing in France.
Nice to Have
- Experience with large language model prompting, API integrations, or workflow orchestration tools is advantageous.
- Background in advertising technology (AdTech) is beneficial.
