BlackStone eIT is hiring a Technical Full stack Team Lead (.Net/Angular)

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers in creating high-quality software applications with a focus on .NET technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring best practices in development and architecture while also fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy mentoring others, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Angular frameworks. Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud development practices. Proficient in designing and implementing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices. Experience with SQL Server and other database technologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
