Responsibilities
- Engage directly in system architecture, partial coding duties, and regular code evaluation
- Guide the creation and deployment of reliable, transparent, and user-friendly workflows for healthcare subrogation offerings
- Supervise a compact engineering team of five to six members
- Create roadmaps and monitor feature development to ensure prompt, high-standard delivery
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement step-by-step improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Take ownership of initiatives that support the organization's product development goals
- Shape the evolution of the core platform to maintain flexibility, growth potential, and security
- Evaluate project outcomes using measurable performance indicators
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners including Product Management, Backend and Frontend Developers, Machine Learning specialists, UX designers, and clients
