Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive technical onboarding programs, including hands-on labs, workshops, virtual training, and certification tracks.
- Convert learning curricula into structured program pathways with clear progression stages, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions.
- Own and maintain the program calendar, overseeing launches, updates, and iterative improvements.
- Lead technical onboarding for new field engineering hires to accelerate readiness for customer engagements.
- Develop and sustain a continuous learning strategy to keep technical teams current on product changes, architecture, and best practices.
- Produce and manage training materials such as labs, guides, and playbooks in partnership with subject matter experts and learning teams.
- Ensure technical training content evolves in alignment with product and architectural developments.
- Collaborate closely with field engineering, learning, and product teams to identify knowledge gaps and enablement needs.
- Gather feedback and refine training offerings to improve effectiveness and relevance.
- Align with leadership on priorities, resource allocation, and strategic direction for enablement initiatives.
- Bridge communication between technical experts and delivery teams to ensure accurate, practical, and current curriculum.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including proficiency timelines, certification rates, attendance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct post-program reviews and root cause analyses when outcomes fall short of expectations.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders to track program impact.
- Use performance data to refine and enhance future training cycles.
- Maintain current technical expertise to evaluate content quality and engage meaningfully with engineers.
- Lead or co-lead training sessions, workshops, and lab demonstrations as needed.
- Validate training content by testing its real-world applicability and practical relevance.
- Operate independently: identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight.
- Navigate constraints, resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, constructive feedback, and iterative improvement within technical teams.
