Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic direction and operational framework for Professional Services enablement initiatives
  • Design and implement performance measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts
  • Maintain and distribute a structured calendar outlining key enablement activities and milestones
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, strategic alignment, and team readiness
  • Coordinate with global teams across time zones to align enablement goals with product and go-to-market strategies
  • Gain deep understanding of consulting functions to develop targeted training on interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Convert advanced technical features into accessible learning curricula and practical resources
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to adjust training priorities and maintain technical relevance
  • Produce high-quality educational materials, including technical guides, certification tracks, and interactive labs
  • Partner with experts from Product and Product Marketing to develop impactful technical training content
  • Deliver onboarding curricula, continuous learning opportunities, and just-in-time support for technical teams
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by facilitating peer-led learning and best practice exchange
  • Assess skill deficiencies and collaborate across departments to design targeted development programs
  • Support organizational change by promoting adoption of new processes, tools, and technical standards
