Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for communication and coordination with key project stakeholders.
- Support the prioritization of IT initiatives within the business and demand planning cycles of business units.
- Collaborate with client-side product and project managers to align on business objectives, module scope, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report on project progress according to the frequency agreed upon with client stakeholders.
- Oversee project closure to confirm all deliverables are completed, verified, and documented, including lessons learned.
- Enable user access to internal development and testing tools, coordinating with technical and business teams as required from project start through execution.
- Coordinate product release management tasks, including promotion from testing to production, with business units and client stakeholders.
- Obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders to advance the project from one phase to the next.
- Develop and maintain a risk registry to track potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Track and manage all project dependencies to ensure milestones and deadlines are met on schedule.
