Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and grow a team of developers, SharePoint engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish clear priorities, expectations, and define what successful delivery means
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development discussions
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, and the PMO to maintain delivery momentum
- Convert strategic objectives into clear, executable tasks for team execution
- Oversee team capacity, resource allocation, and task prioritization across multiple projects
- Proactively identify potential risks and resolve obstacles before escalation
- Maintain high and consistent standards in delivery, documentation, and output quality
- Assist in turning requirements into actionable plans without personally executing tasks
- Advance practical AI implementations that enhance real-world service delivery
