Bitwarden is looking for a Technical Customer Success Specialist in New Zealand to provide excellent customer support and technical troubleshooting for our password management solutions. Become a product expert who ensures customer satisfaction by resolving issues and guiding users.
What You'll Do
- Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Bitwarden and our suite of services.
- Expand skills across all Bitwarden applications to guide, train, and describe features to users.
- Work with customers to solve current issues and proactively identify solutions for future challenges.
- Provide superb technical customer support.
- Assist with billing and account management tasks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product associates.
- Share and alternate weekend shifts with other Customer Success team members.
What We're Looking For

- Experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Systems Administrator, QA Technician, Support Technician). Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
