About the Role
This role involves delivering technical implementations of RTSM solutions for clinical trials, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical configurations for RTSM platforms based on project requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to translate study protocols into functional system setups
- Configure randomization and trial supply models within the RTSM environment
- Conduct system testing to validate technical solutions meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during study execution
- Support integration between RTSM and other clinical systems
- Document technical designs and configuration details
- Assist in the development of automated processes for system deployment
- Provide input on system improvements and feature enhancements
- Work with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with validation standards
- Participate in client meetings to understand technical needs
- Support user acceptance testing activities
- Maintain accurate records of system changes and updates
- Respond to system alerts and production issues as needed
- Ensure data integrity across RTSM environments
- Follow change control procedures for system modifications
- Assist in the creation of technical training materials
- Stay current with updates to the RTSM platform
- Support audit readiness and inspection processes
- Coordinate with offshore or cross-functional teams when necessary
- Help onboard new team members to technical workflows
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple studies with varying complexity and timelines
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deliverables
- Communicate technical status updates to stakeholders
