Wizippo is hiring a Technical Consultant to provide expert guidance and help clients harness the full potential of our software solutions. In this role, you'll assess client needs, deliver tailored implementations, and provide ongoing support to drive customer success, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product evolution.

What You'll Do

Assess client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support during software implementation.
Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance product understanding.
Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback for product improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely manner.
Analyze and report on system performance and client satisfaction metrics.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques in cloud environments.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and design principles.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
