Responsibilities
- Scoping custom technical and consulting projects
- Building custom solutions
- Coordinating with the Technical Services team
- Delivering projects for clients
- Working closely with sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Understanding and documenting client use cases and requirements
- Translating requirements into set up and configuration of the 360Learning platform
- Specifying development of Technical Solutions
- Supporting and managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle
- Defining 360Learning platform architecture for clients
- Facilitating integrations (flat files, API’s), 3rd party apps
- Guiding and providing assistance to ensure successful deployment
- Designing tools to support the team and avoid time-consuming work
- Within 1 month: Become a Trello expert through onboarding, understand product offering, master platform and integration possibilities
- Within 3 months: Work with clients to understand technical requirements, scope projects, collaborate with teams, ensure project delivery, provide technical expertise, learn new technologies, maintain documentation, participate in client meetings
- Within 6 months: Develop repeatable processes, support team on integrations & troubleshooting, contribute to knowledge base, work with partner ecosystem, deliver platform audits
- Within 12 months: Contribute to knowledge base, work with partner ecosystem, create new services for Professional Service catalog, present value proposition to prospects and developers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders
- Customer facing background preferred (e.g., Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
- Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
- Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
- Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non-technical stakeholders)
- Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Enthusiasm for company culture
