Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through platform adoption by delivering technical expertise and enablement to accelerate time-to-value.
- Collaborate with clients to understand automation and integration needs and co-lead solution design initiatives.
- Advise on optimal deployment strategies, governance, and technical architecture based on industry best practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and requirements, influencing platform improvements while aligning expectations.
- Promote the platform’s automation capabilities through demonstrations in both standalone and embedded use cases across diverse sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and represent client interests internally.
- Conduct follow-up reviews after onboarding to assess deployment health and recommend performance improvements.
- Develop and refine technical content including demos, training materials, architectural guides, and courses for client and team use.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by proactively managing support and implementation needs.
- Balance multiple projects and responsibilities efficiently, adapting to evolving priorities as assigned.
