Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact during project and delivery phases
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather and confirm business and technical requirements
- Convert complex client needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers
- Proactively manage client expectations by clearly communicating scope, timelines, constraints, and trade-offs
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to ensure requirements are understood and technically viable
- Take part in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, representing the client's perspective in Agile ceremonies
- Identify and raise scope creep, technical blockers, and dependency risks early, and suggest solutions with the development team
- Help set up E2M2M platform modules like Low-Code Form Builder, Workflow Builder, and Dashboard Builder to match client needs
- Create and run test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts aligned with client requirements
- Organize and lead UAT sessions with client stakeholders, capturing feedback and resolving issues
- Check that delivered functionality matches documented requirements before client approval
- Keep defect logs and track issues to closure with QA and development teams
- Coordinate release readiness tasks such as client communications, training materials, and go-live checklists
- Support deployment activities and monitor post-release stability with development and support teams
- Write release notes, configuration guides, and end-user documentation as needed
- Conduct post-release reviews with clients to confirm success and capture lessons learned
