Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover business objectives, pain points, and areas for enhancement.
- Collect, record, and assess requirements for projects and strategic initiatives.
- Generate and communicate insights based on data to guide decision-making.
- Propose and design solutions aimed at improving efficiency in business operations.
- Collaborate within agile teams across functions and geographies to define functional and technical needs.
- Produce comprehensive documentation including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specs.
- Evaluate and test deployed solutions, providing feedback and suggesting refinements.
