Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle deployment of SaaS billing platforms for billing partners
- Customize subscription plans, products, pricing structures, rating logic, discounts, billing schedules, and tax settings based on client specifications
- Integrate billing systems with payment processors such as Stripe, tax calculation services like Avalara, CRM platforms including Salesforce, and ERP solutions like NetSuite
- Lead discovery calls to assess client business operations, billing needs, and technical infrastructure
- Deliver training sessions to client teams covering system functionality, optimal usage, and issue resolution
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and client-specific configurations
- Work with billing team members to troubleshoot and resolve client billing issues
- Execute testing procedures to verify billing system accuracy against defined requirements
- Engage in cross-functional meetings to align on order-to-cash workflows and operational efficiency
- Contribute recommendations for system improvements that enhance the order-to-cash process
