Resilient Co was looking for a Technical BA

Responsibilities

  • Capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map and document end-to-end user journeys for recruiters, candidates, and clients.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to define terms & conditions, opt-in flows, and tracking requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira and ensure stories are groomed for delivery.
  • Define data requirements and collaborate with engineers on SQL queries and data validation.
  • Support QA and lead UAT cycles, including test case review and defect validation.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define success metrics and tracking for lead generation and conversion.
  • Work with recruiters and product teams to capture ATS/Bullhorn integration requirements and recruiter notification flows.
  • Help build and scale the project team, advising stakeholders on resource needs and rate card considerations.
  • Drive readiness for the 2026 foundation build and support rollout and maintenance planning for 2027.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in product or platform projects.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
  • 3+ years working with SQL for data analysis, validation, and requirements definition.
  • Proven experience capturing requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for marketplace or talent platforms.
  • Experience coordinating with Legal/Compliance on terms & conditions and tracking/opt-in flows.
  • Experience supporting QA and leading UAT activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, legal, QA, and sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives (lead generation, conversion to job orders, analytics) into deliverable requirements.
  • Experience defining integration requirements with an ATS and supporting recruiter notification workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bullhorn integration or working in environments that retain Bullhorn as the ATS.
  • Familiarity with TextKernel or similar resume parsing/matching tools.
