Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Lead meaningful quarterly business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions
- Convert technical insights into clear, actionable business value
- Spot opportunities to enhance security, modernize infrastructure, and optimize technology spending
- Guide clients from reactive IT support to adopting CORE, a service that secures systems, manages AI and automation, ensures governance, and delivers measurable results
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet client commitments
- Develop lasting, trust-based relationships where clients feel consistently supported
