Ajax Systems is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive business development and client success across the Eastern United States. You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Eastern USA region
- Act as the main technical liaison for client accounts, providing solution guidance
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

- Proven experience in a business development, account management, or technical sales role
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse client base
- Demonstrated success in building client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
