Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical knowledge of DedroneTracker.AI C2 platform across cloud, on-prem, and offline deployments, including RF sensors such as RF-160, RF-310, RF-360, RF-560, and configurations using AoA and TDOA methods.
- Act as the main technical contact for customer program offices and on-site operational teams.
- Engage in technical and operational discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Establish and maintain internal coordination across engineering, product, support, and R&D teams to relay customer insights and support project delivery.
- Deliver hands-on field support during all deployment stages, including hardware setup, sensor calibration, network validation, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across sensor, network, server, and user interface layers, escalating to advanced teams when required.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and contractual commitments by tracking progress against defined success plans and KPIs.
- Identify potential project or technical risks and escalate them to enable timely executive and cross-functional responses.
- Conduct training sessions for customer operators, focusing on system use, API integrations, webhooks, C2 connectors, and ATAK/TAK integrations within scope.
- Support security audits and technology refresh evaluations during major infrastructure changes.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment shipments, returns, and RMAs, including logistics across overseas territories.
- Collaborate with local third-party installers on site preparation, physical installation, and initial maintenance handover.
- Enhance system reliability through proactive performance reviews, release readiness checks, and operational guidance.
