Socket is hiring a Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor following the sales process
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and account growth
  • Develop strong relationships and align with key customer stakeholders and executives
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic clients to assess performance and value
  • Create clear, measurable plans to ensure customer success and achievement of goals
  • Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for new enterprise clients, from setup to full integration
  • Partner with engineering teams to deploy and configure the product across CI/CD systems, pipelines, IDEs, and internal tools
  • Develop standardized onboarding processes, scripts, and automation to accelerate time-to-value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration, configuration, and compatibility
  • Provide timely support in dedicated customer Slack channels
  • Analyze logs and telemetry data to diagnose root causes and document solutions
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct discovery discussions to understand customer objectives and use cases
  • Explain advanced product features in simple, developer-focused terms
  • Perform technical architecture and security reviews for customer environments
  • Lead educational sessions, including workshops and office hours, to increase product adoption
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Identify recurring themes to influence product roadmap decisions
  • Create documentation and internal tools to scale the technical success function
