Passion.io is looking for a Technical Account Executive to drive revenue by closing high-ticket deals for our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will simplify technical complexity for creators, guide prospects through a fast-paced sales cycle, and play a key role in our mission to empower creators to build and monetize mobile apps without coding.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 7-10 high-value discovery calls and demos per day, navigating both commercial and technical conversations.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota, maintaining a 20%+ close rate and driving at least $100K per month in cash.
- Guide prospects through a 2-3 week sales cycle, educating them on short-term results and long-term scalability.
- Control follow-up with precision, drive urgency that converts, build relationships, and follow CRM best practices.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve demo flow, objection handling, positioning, and overall sales leverage.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years closing sales deals where you personally generated $50-$100k+ per week.
- Proven experience successfully selling $10k+ deals and engaging high-value clients.
- History of being in the top 10% of a sales team and thriving in high-performance environments.
- Comfort explaining technical product features or AI concepts in simple, commercial terms.
- Understanding or actively deepening knowledge of AI-driven tools and how they create leverage.
- Hunter mentality: create urgency and control the close.
- Ability to ask the right questions, build trust, and communicate value concisely.
- Availability to work in North America Time Zone (EST preferred, PST acceptable).
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or the coaching/creator economy.
- Ability to share recorded sales/closing calls to demonstrate expertise.
