Responsibilities
- Guiding the technical vision and system design for critical internal platforms and services
- Establishing and maintaining high engineering standards via code and design reviews, as well as personal execution
- Developing the integration infrastructure and interfaces that enable teams and AI agents to interact with the ClarOps backend
- Evaluating product requirements from a technical standpoint, identifying implementation risks, and highlighting opportunities where AI can accelerate delivery
- Managing the team's development cycle, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings
- Enhancing team capabilities through collaborative coding, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Leading technical collaboration across teams, including resolving complex issues and shaping architectural decisions
- Leveraging artificial intelligence tools to increase development speed and improve team workflows
