Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance applications using Java and current frontend frameworks
- Guide development teams through daily delivery by demonstrating best practices and supporting professional growth
- Lead technical conversations and actively shape architectural direction
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to align technical and business goals
- Maintain high standards for code quality, including readability, test coverage, and long-term maintainability
- Take full responsibility for feature delivery, from concept to production, with minimal oversight
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional software development experience with Java
- Extensive hands-on work with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.js for frontend development
- Proven track record in designing and implementing APIs
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, clean code practices, and testing methodologies
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Willingness to integrate modern AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT into daily workflows
- Ability to travel internationally for business purposes
Nice to Have
- Background in microservices-based system design
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with Azure or Google Cloud also valued
- Experience integrating OSS/BSS systems; familiarity with CAMARA and GSMA standards is highly beneficial
- Practical use of Test-Driven Development (TDD) in production environments
- Experience optimizing system performance and tuning application efficiency
