Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is hiring a Teamcenter Dev IT Apps Developer to develop new application functionality and resolve defects based on design specifications. You will be responsible for coding, testing, and deployment within our IT applications environment.

What You'll Do

Code and document software programs according to design specifications.
Create unit and integration test plans and perform the testing.
Participate in peer code reviews.
Support application deployment.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve methodologies, processes, or other areas of application delivery performance.
Proactively communicate issues and status.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, relevant curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of experience in IT applications including design, development, test, and maintenance in mainframe or server-based technologies.
Experience with software development methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and best practices.
Experience working in teams.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Ability to exercise problem solving and creativity to develop efficient, reusable code.
Basic oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to develop effective relationships with peers and first-level management.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
