Telemedi is looking for a Team Leader - Customer Service to lead a team at the intersection of healthtech, telemedicine, and insurance. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the patient service team through recruitment, training, and process improvement, driving innovation and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Conduct fast and effective recruitment processes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for employees.
- Organize the work of the patient service team, supervise work efficiency, and support and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Continuously map customer service processes and implement improvements.
- Report to other company departments.
- Prepare monthly bonus settlements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role (Coordinator, Supervisor, Team Leader).
- Experience in process optimization and automation.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Experience working with KPIs and SLAs (positive attitude towards data-driven work).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment.
- Knowledge of the medical industry.
- Knowledge of the English language.
