Keywords Studios is looking for a TEAM LEAD - Senior Research Associate - AI to manage a team focused on training AI engines. You will own deliverables, quality, and processes while driving team performance through KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and manage team members in the execution of projects and tasks.
Set team targets (KPIs) for projects and monitor progress against them.
Attend daily stand-ups with the client.
Troubleshoot (reproduce) errors and answer questions for the team.
Perform quality audits and contribute to daily and weekly reports.
Develop and implement new processes within identified areas of ownership.
Train junior team members on processes and best practices.
Own deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time with high quality.
Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them.
Identify risks in processes and recommend solutions or alternatives to mitigate them.
Learn new software programs on the job.

What We're Looking For

Technical aptitude or experience working with AI.
Leadership and performance management experience, including leading or training others.
Experience managing KPIs.
Strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Process improvement experience.
Strong aptitude for working with Google Sheets, Zoom, and Slack.
A stable internet connection with a download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
A proactive approach with a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
Ability to learn on the job.

Nice to Have

A completed college degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Cognitive Science.
