Jobgether is looking for a Team Lead Developer to guide a talented full-stack development team through all phases of the software development lifecycle. In this hands-on leadership position, you will deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead a cross-functional development team, including developers and QA personnel, ensuring efficient collaboration and project execution.
- Direct end-to-end software development activities, adhering to Agile methodologies and project timelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using the .NET framework, web technologies, and cloud services.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, and resolve technical issues using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and best practices in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members in modern development practices, database optimization, and problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with proven leadership of Agile development teams.
- Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with web application frameworks and APIs, including ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and NuGet packages.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, React, and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline management.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including complex query writing, database optimization, and ensuring data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for resource management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
- Proven ability to design scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology leadership.
