Responsibilities
- Guide the creation, implementation, and refinement of server-side systems using Node.js
- Establish and lead the direction for backend structure, API frameworks, and integration approaches
- Form, coach, and grow a strong backend engineering team
- Conduct requirement evaluation, technical planning, workload estimation, and sprint organization
- Maintain rigorous standards for code integrity, efficiency, growth capacity, and system security
- Work closely with frontend developers, operations, product managers, and business teams
- Assist in shaping cloud infrastructure choices and ensure reliable deployment to cloud environments
