Responsibilities
- Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products.
- Create and integrate AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable results for clients.
- Establish benchmarking and testing frameworks, ensuring continuous model improvement.
- Define the engineering vision and roadmap, aligning technical direction with business goals.
- Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to align engineering outcomes with strategy.
- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and NLP research, integrating emerging technologies when appropriate.
- Ensure privacy, responsible AI use, and enterprise security standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (end-to-end lifecycle).
- Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and agent-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable systems.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher; accent is not an issue).
Compensation
USD $4,500 – $6,000 / month

- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm EST
