Responsibilities
- Lead SAP project implementations and rollouts in line with the global template, including integration of acquired companies.
- Provide ongoing operational support and contribute to regional SAP initiatives across APAC.
- Manage and supervise a local team of SAP specialists within the region.
- Collaborate closely with the central SAP team based in Zurich.
- Ensure alignment between regional business strategies and global SAP project delivery to drive solution adoption.
- Translate business needs into technical SAP requirements and manage stakeholder expectations appropriately.
- Work with modern SAP technologies including S/4HANA, Fiori, cloud integrations, and non-SAP system interfaces in a global context.
- Champion standardized global processes, methodologies, and templates with an emphasis on 'fit to standard'.
- Drive harmonization efforts, protect the integrity of the global SAP template, and adapt solutions according to established best practices and governance rules.
- Take ownership of critical projects and deliverables, including coordination, prioritization, task assignment, performance review, and independent resolution of functional specifications, tickets, and change requests.
