5+ years of hands-on tax experience as a tax specialist in a tax consulting firm or in-house
Strong understanding of the principles and fundamentals of the Lithuanian tax law. Deep knowledge of the international tax environment, tax treaties and regulations, OECD tax framework
Experience in tax advice and assessment (corporate, withholding, personal, value-added and other taxes)
Proven ability to provide clear tax guidance to stakeholders, navigating complex ambiguity while managing multiple high-priority projects
Strong track record in performing tax risk assessments that align with the broader business strategy without losing sight of critical technical details
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary global teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear business language

Experience in transfer pricing and international structuring projects is highly beneficial
A curious mindset with the ability to deep-dive into unfamiliar tax jurisdictions or regulations to support informed, data-driven decision-making
